Cocteau Verb is a multi-stage stereo effects processor built around a single idea: the lush, textured sound of late-80s and early-90s dream pop and shoegaze. It combines a stereo widener, BBD chorus, ping-pong delay, and three reverb algorithms — Verbity2, Bloom, and Dattorro — in a single plugin.

Three reverb algorithms:

Verbity2 — Chris Johnson’s Airwindows algorithm (MIT License)
Bloom — Alesis MidiVerb II emulation, adapted from Airwindows MV2 by Chris Johnson (MIT License)
Dattorro — plate-style reverb based on the classic Dattorro topology
