1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using any software plugin produced by End of the World Plugins (“the Software”), you (“the User”) agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. Grant of License
End of the World Plugins grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided in Section 6), personal license to install and use the Software on up to three (3) computers that you own or control, for your personal or professional music production purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party except as provided in Section 6
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
- Use the Software in any product intended for resale without prior written permission from End of the World Plugins
- Share your license key publicly or with any other person
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. End of the World Plugins retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and trademarks. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of End of the World Plugins.
5. Trial Period
Free trial versions of the Software may be used for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of first installation. After the trial period expires, continued use of the Software requires the purchase of a valid license. Trial versions may include functional limitations or periodic audio interruptions.
6. License Transfer
You may transfer your license to another person subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact End of the World Plugins at support@endoftheworldplugins.com to request a transfer
- You must provide your original purchase email address and the recipient’s email address
- Upon transfer, your license is revoked and all copies of the Software on your computers must be uninstalled
- Each license may be transferred once per twelve (12) month period
- End of the World Plugins reserves the right to deny transfer requests at its discretion
7. Updates and Upgrades
End of the World Plugins may, at its discretion, provide updates or new versions of the Software. This Agreement applies to all updates and new versions unless a separate agreement is provided. End of the World Plugins is under no obligation to provide updates, support, or new versions.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. END OF THE WORLD PLUGINS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. END OF THE WORLD PLUGINS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL END OF THE WORLD PLUGINS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF END OF THE WORLD PLUGINS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL END OF THE WORLD PLUGINS’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Third-Party Components
The Software may include third-party open source components. The Verbity2 reverb algorithm used in Cocteau Verb is developed by Chris Johnson / Airwindows and is used under the MIT License. The Bloom reverb algorithm is adapted from Airwindows “MV2” by Chris Johnson, also used under the MIT License. All required notices and license terms for third-party components are included with the Software or available upon request.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ohio.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and End of the World Plugins with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, written or oral, regarding the Software.

End of the World Plugins reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
